As the air cools and the leaves fade from vibrant green to mellow autumn hues, the Second Annual Halloween Picnic gives you an excuse to don your coziest fall sweater and head outside. Drink in that crisp air at the family-friendly event on Sunday, October 30th at 11 a.m., not far from our community at Cabin John Park.
Bring a few friends and family to enjoy the seasonal food and drink all afternoon long. In between sips and bites, check out the fun activities on the agenda for the day! Start by exploring the park in search of scavenger hunt clues—if you find them all, you may go home with a prize. Then step up on the karaoke stage and sing along to your favorite Halloween tune, or just dance along in the audience. Don’t forget to get dressed up in your Halloween costume! The best-dressed partygoers have a chance to take home more swag as part of the costume contest. Admission is pay-what-you-can, but the organizers suggest a $20 donation to local nonprofit the Sunshine Projects Foundation.
